How do you know…
• what homework to do?
• when to prepare for tests?
• what classes to attend?
• what instructor conferences to go to?
• How do you track what you need to do in other roles, such as your social or work life?
They way that I know all these things is I check the syllabuses or the website that my teacher has for us to check out in order to find out when to study & when to do HW. As for classes to attend I look at the LaGuardia book for which classes are required for my major. For other things to be honest I just go with the flow, school is really the only thing I plan out and get ready for.
Why do you currently use this approach? How well is your system working (give examples wherever possible)? How do you feel while using this approach to self-management (e.g., stressed, calm, energized, frantic, etc.)?
I use this approach because it is very simple & easy to keep track of. It has been working quite well since I have managed to pass all my midterms and classes. & it has been going well for self-management because I do not feel stressed since I am completely oprganized, I know where to find my work and thing when I need too.
